1. About Paryatan 360
Paryatan 360 is an India-based travel company offering domestic and international travel packages, hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, sightseeing tours, visa assistance, holiday planning, and other travel-related services.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and written confirmation from Paryatan 360.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing their booking details and notifying us immediately of any errors.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are subject to change before booking confirmation due to airfare revisions, currency fluctuations, taxes, fuel surcharges, hotel tariff changes, or government regulations.
- Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking, depending on the travel package and supplier requirements.
- Failure to make payments by the specified due dates may result in cancellation of the booking.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or our official communication channels.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Applicable cancellation charges, service fees, and supplier penalties may be deducted from any eligible refund.
5. Travel Documents
Customers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including:
- Valid passports
- Visas
- Government-issued identification
- Travel permits
- Vaccination certificates or other health documentation where required
Paryatan 360 shall not be responsible for losses resulting from incomplete, expired, or invalid travel documents.
6. Visa Assistance
Where visa assistance is provided, Paryatan 360 acts only as a facilitator.
Visa approval, rejection, processing times, and entry permissions are determined solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We do not guarantee visa approval.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete booking information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and travel regulations.
- Follow airline, hotel, and tour operator rules.
- Respect local customs, traditions, and laws at the destination.
- Behave responsibly during the tour.
Paryatan 360 reserves the right to remove any traveler from a tour without refund if their conduct is unlawful, disruptive, or poses a risk to others.
8. Changes to Itineraries
Paryatan 360 may modify travel itineraries due to operational requirements, weather conditions, supplier availability, government regulations, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where practical, reasonable alternatives will be offered.
9. Force Majeure
Paryatan 360 shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Cyclones
- War
- Terrorism
- Civil unrest
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics or epidemics
- Airline operational disruptions
- Strikes
- Any other force majeure event
Refunds or alternative arrangements in such situations will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.
10. Third-Party Services
Paryatan 360 works with independent airlines, hotels, transport companies, tour operators, cruise providers, and other travel suppliers.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, negligence, service deficiencies, or other acts or omissions of third-party providers.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paryatan 360 shall not be liable for:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
- Personal injury, illness, or accidents
- Loss of personal belongings
- Missed connections
- Visa refusals
- Additional expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances
- Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Paryatan 360 for the relevant booking, except where otherwise required by law.
12. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all domestic and international travel.
Unless expressly included in your package, travel insurance is not part of the booking and must be arranged separately by the customer.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Paryatan 360 website, including text, logos, graphics, images, itineraries, and other materials, is the property of Paryatan 360 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
14. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
15. Changes to These Terms
Paryatan 360 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will become effective upon publication on our website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
